Financial Policy

Welcome to Danbury Hypnosis.  I value your health and well being and appreciate the faith you have placed in my services.  I wish to meet your needs and ask for your feedback and input so that I may maintain my mission of providing the highest quality hypnosis services.

I do not participate in any health insurance plans directly.  Clients with insurance should contact their provider to ascertain whether services provided by Danbury Hypnosis, LLC are eligible for reimbursement.  A receipt will be provided upon request.  Traditionally a referral from your physician is needed as well.

To maintain my ability to care for my clients, payment is required at the time of service.  Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card (Visa and Mastercard). A credit card will be required to reserve an appointment...it will not be charged unless that is how you choose to pay or if you miss an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, with the exception of health and weather emergencies.  You will receive a call from Danbury Hypnosis if the office is closed due to inclement weather and your session with be rescheduled.
