TEENS

I absolutely LOVE working with teens!  As the mother of two teens, I see the incredible stress that teens today are faced with.  I really enjoy the look on teens' faces when they realize that they can tap into an amazing source of power:  themselves! 

My first priority with all my teen clients is to teach them several different techniques to control stress, which then empowers them to make whatever positive changes they want in their lives.  Our work may be focused initially on getting better grades or improved athletic performance, but quickly teens figure out that they can affect changes in ALL areas of their lives! 

And teens LOVE TRANCE!!  I am a firm believer that as teens learn to tap into their own internal strengths, they are far less likely to turn to drugs and alcohol.
